October 2025 Review

On time this month! Mostly because the review only came out yesterday so it would be a bit of a tough scene to completely forget to publish this blog update about it the very next day. But, yeah, there it is in any event. I talk about two movies I’d seen for the first time in the past few weeks and how I felt their portrayal of their “monsters” impacts what we’re meant to take away from each of them. Overall it was an interesting topic to discuss and hopefully it’s equally interesting to listen to. If nothing else, it’s got a seasonality to it, so here’s to hoping you enjoy it for that reason.
